UNIQUE RENAULT TWIZY TURNS HEADS AT BIRMINGHAM PRIDE

Renault Birmingham donned its glad-rags over the Queen’s Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend, 2nd/3rd June, to take part for the first time in the flamboyant and spectacular Birmingham Pride event on Hurst Street in the city.

The Digbeth-based dealer displayed three of Renault’s most striking current models at this year’s festival – the Renault Twizy, Renault Mégane Coupé and the special edition Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet Floride.

Organised by the Birmingham Pride Committee, the free annual two-day event is the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) festival of its kind in the UK and all three Renaults drew admiring glances from the thousands of people in attendance.

“There was lots of colour, excitement and a real carnival atmosphere, and our stand attracted a lot of interest throughout the weekend from the thousands of people who attended. All three models we had on display, the Twizy, Mégane Coupé and Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet Floride, turned heads – especially the Twizy!”
