Renault dealer Rodney Cole of Cookstown has once again scooped Renault’s prestigious Global Quality Award.
It’s the third time that the dealership has been honoured in the awards which recognise the very best Renault dealers in the world. The awards have been running since 2008, and prior to that, Rodney Cole was a frequent winner of their predecessor, the Renault Masters Club.
The award is given to Renault dealers that meet the highest standard of customer service and is decided based on the results of telephone interviews with new car sales and aftersales customers.
Four Renault dealerships in the UK have received the Global Quality award this year, including Rodney Cole Cookstown, and all recognised for their ongoing commitment to customer service.
Rodney Cole, managing director and proprietor of Rodney Cole Cookstown, attended the Renault Global Quality Award gala presentation event in Paris. He was then presented with a winner's plaque by Roland Bouchara, Renault Sales Vice President, Europe Market Area and Jerome Stoll, Renault Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing.
Mr Cole said: “We believe that customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We constantly strive to ensure we reach the highest standards of customer care, and are delighted that our team’s hard work and dedication has been recognised in the Renault Global Quality Award.
