Riccardo Piancastelli has been appointed as the new sales manager at Renault London West – the UK’s largest Renault dealership.
Mr Piancastelli, who is originally from Bologna in Italy, transferred across from the used car department within the dealership, and has more than ten years of managerial experience,.
He said: “I have gained a thorough understanding of how things work throughout sections of the business. I love the ethos here at Renault Retail Group.”
Mr Piancastelli said that during seven months of working at the dealership and his time spent in both the used and new car departments, he had learnt a great deal.
He said: “What I like about being here is the way everyone works towards one shared goal.
“We’re all hugely committed to the highest standards of customer care here at Renault London West.
“The size of the dealership and being situated on one of the main roads into London, means we are able to display a huge selection of Renault cars.
“Renault is well-known for high standards of safety and style and this is something I am very proud to represent.”
Andrew Feehilly, General Manager of Renault London West, said he was very pleased to have Mr Piancastelli working in the new role.
